It is challenging to remain on the market for more than 20 years. If a company continually expands during such a period, increases its turn-over and extends its field of action and products on offer, then it can be said that the company is a huge success. We would like to introduce a very successful company CERVA EXPORT IMPORT a. s., an important supplier and distributor of personal protective equipment within Europe.

20 years on the market
CERVA EXPORT IMPORT has been operating on the market since 1991, when the company was established by Lubor Červa.
The company then concluded direct business contracts during the first 2 years with many of the most important world suppliers and manufacturers of work related protective equipment. Another major milestone was establishing a partner company PROTECT BRATISLAVA in the Slovak Republic.
CERVA EXPORT IMPORT established warehouse facilities and a sales unit in Ostrava six years later and changed its legal form to a joint stock company at the same time. A new central warehouse in the Business Centre in Prague-Zlicin was opened in 2004 and the company’s turn-over reached one billion Czech Crowns. The booming company was then purchased by a strong foreign investor and one of the biggest companies in the line of business – VOSTOK SERVICE - in 2006.

The prosperous year 2009
The year 2009 was a particularly successful period for the company CERVA EXPORT IMPORT a. s. – a new informational system SAP, that enabled closer integration and cooperation with a Slovak partner, was launched and the whole company moved to its new offices. On top of that the company acquired 100 %, respectively 51 % shares in two companies – VEKTOR Kft., the biggest manufacturer of special clothing in Central and Eastern Europe, and PANDA, an Italian manufacturer of work and leisure shoes. Last year the company’s turnover confirmed a dynamic growth and exceeded over 70 Million Euros.

ČERVA EXPORT IMPORT a. s. offers a wide portfolio of products with a high accessibility that can be guaranteed thanks to a centralized warehouse, a stable team of qualified employees and a wide partner distribution network throughout the entire Czech Republic. The company cooperates with almost every chain store and according to their needs flexibly supplies its products.
The company’s guarantee is its strong financial background and also the stable portfolio of suppliers and foreign customers.

CERVA EXPORT IMPORT a. s. currently has the following offices:
• Praha (Hostivice) - headquarter and a central warehouse of 15 000 m2
• Brno – regional sales office and a warehouse of 1 000 m2
• Ostrava – regional sales office and a warehouse of 1 500 m2
• Bratislava – regional sales office and a warehouse of 1 000 m2
• Senec – headquarter of CERVA Slovakia s.r.o. and a central warehouse of of 4 500 m2
• Košice – regional sales office and a warehouse of 2 200m2

Better quality and more affordable all the time
CERVA EXPORT IMPORT, a. s. is very particular about extending and upgrading its assortment. Among the new brands that the company now offers to its customers and business partners, for example includes a line of brand gloves FREE HAND, brand glasses I-SPECTOR and a collection of professional workwear Australian Line and CRV. The company has innovated its product catalogue for better orientation and simplified choice – the catalogue, apart from its completely new graphic look, introduces and distinguishes well arranged individual product categories according to brands and its use and also a more detailed description with product image.

Im Jahr 2011 feiert unsere Firma in Tschechien ihren 20. Geburtstag seit Ihrer Gründung.
